As a sales person and design consultant, Ingrid brings a healthy knowledge of green building materials, paint procedures and color mixing as well as a modern sense of style and aesthetic sensibility to our Green Fusion Design Team.

With a BFA in Art History, Ingrid has also studied Interior Design and is currently preparing for the LEED AP certification.  She worked for 5 years in Los Angeles as a scenic painter and set decorator in Hollywood’s television, commercial and music video industry before turning her attention exclusively to sustainable design. For the past 2 years Ingrid has been involved with Global Green in their Green Building Resource Center in Santa Monica and continues to collaborate with them on Bay Area events and projects.

She began her “career “as a designer at a very young age building miniature assemblage sculptures of the families furniture with leftover material from reupholstered couches.  Guided by her German mother’s creative and practical influence she developed an eye for color and design as well as an early understanding of sustainability.   Excited to be in the Bay Area, Ingrid hopes to further her work as a “green” designer and consultant and brings with her a commitment to our client’s individual style as well as health and environmental concerns.
